The Bozzuto Group: UX Research & Design
The Bozzuto Group has top-of-the-line apartment offerings: granite counters, wood floors, fitness centers, yoga classes.
But since seeing is believing -- and thus renting -- how do you entice potential customers to come in for a tour?
Bozzuto hired SPARK to create an online experience as smooth as a granite countertop.
We’re going to create the best website in the industry and I truly believe that by using SPARK. - Jamie Gorski

SPARK employed a rapid-prototyping and user testing approach that we call, The UX Helix.
User Research: We interviewed apartment renters and home buyers to better understand how they searched for homes online.
Ideation & Concepting: Based on these findings, we came up with new, innovative concepts, which we subsequently tested with users.
Design: Based on user testing feedback, we designed a beautiful clickable prototype.
Validation Testing & Refinement: We conducted another round of usability testing to identify further opportunities for improvement.
The findings were remarkable. Across the board, the new prototype scored better than Bozzuto's current site in terms of visual design preference and brand impression. The new design was also far more convincing in terms of engaging users to sign up for an in-person tour.
"This was kind of sexy, very classy, very crisp. It felt very professional and very high end." Apartment seeker
